Hey Karen here,

Many friends and family have asked me to share my story, and tell what natural PCOS remedy I found, and I think it would be useful to pass this on to other people. This is my uncensored, personal story of what worked, and what didn’t.

Click here to see the ebook that helped me finally cure my pcos forever.

Ever since my teens my menstrual periods have been irregular, and I suffered from painful cramps. It was embarrassing trying to hide my acne and facial hair, and I couldn’t seem to lose weight no matter what I did. I figured this was just a normal side effect of my diabetes and teenage hormones. I figured I’d outgrow it, but I was wrong. Here is an ultrasound of cystic ovaries:
Ultrasound of my cysts
It wasn’t until I married my childhood sweetheart, and tried to start a family of our own that I finally got diagnosed with PCOS. After months of not being able to get pregnant, our relationship started to suffer, and I knew I had to do something so I went in for fertility treatment. Doctors claimed there wasn’t much they could do, and they put me on a lot of hormones, and metoformin, and said I might need surgery if things didn’t improve. Surgery could cause infertility, and they were unable to guarantee anything would work. In fact, I just kept feeling worse!

I tried all kinds of prescription drugs, and birth control,  but it just got worse. Not to mention I was so stressed from the whole ordeal!

I turned to reading every book I could, and researching everything on the internet, but nothing worked!I

I finally joined a support group, and one of the women discovered a book that helped her. I couldn’t wait to read it, and I’m so glad I did! It really filled in all of the missing information that I couldn’t find on my own, and that was hidden from the general public. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to follow, and fast too!

The best part about it though was none of my cysts or fibroids came back! My sex life improved, and so has my personality. I even lost some weight!

I’m so happy I found this product that I wanted to share it with everyone I know. There are so many women who suffer needlessly from ovarian cysts and polycystic ovarian syndrome. I’m so glad my friend recommended it to me, and I hope it helps you also! I’m happy to say that the next ultrasound I got was of a beautiful baby-not an ovarian cyst! Best of all, I did with natural treatment and natural medication.

Why do I learn towards natural treatment for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome? Well, I’ve always been into alternative medicine, and conventional just has never worked well for me in the long run. It’s usually just a quick fix, and doesn’t get to the root cause of my symptoms.

I don’t believe in just being given a few pills, and hoping things go away. I love holistic medicine for this reason. It really looks at a variety of factors. It’s not as fast of a fix, but it has less long term side effects. I think a natural PCOS remedy works to bring the whole body into balance.

There are as many different types of natural treatments you can try as there are names for it.

While you may have heard these terms before, it can be easy to confuse them. I’ve put together a quick list of the main types of natural treatments.

While you may have heard these terms before, it can be easy to confuse them. I’ve put together a quick list of the main types of natural treatments.

Osteopathic Physician vs. Allopathic doctors:

Osteopathic physicians have the same training as allopathic physicians (M.D.’s) but also complete an extra 300-500 hours of study on manual medicine and the body’s musculoskeletal system.

Osteopathic medicine is dedicated to treating and healing the patient as a whole, rather than focusing on one system or body part. An osteopathic physician will often use a treatment method called osteopathic manipulative treatment (also called OMT or manipulation) — a hands-on approach to make sure that the body is moving freely. This free motion ensures that all of your body’s natural healing systems are able to work unhindered.

Like M.D.s, osteopathic physicians are licensed at the state level. Osteopathic physicians who wish to specialize may become “board certified” (in much the same manner as M.D.s) by completing a 2- to 6-year residency within the specialty area and passing the board certification exams.

D.O.s practice in all specialties of medicine, ranging from emergency medicine and cardiovascular surgery to psychiatry and geriatrics. A majority of osteopathic doctors use many of the medical and surgical treatments that are used by other medical doctors.

Holistic:

Is a term meaning any type of therapy that identifies with principles of holism in a system of therapeutics, esp. one considered outside the mainstream of scientific medicine, as naturopathy or chiropractic, and usually involving nutritional measures.

Alternative:

Healing arts not taught in traditional Western medical schools that promote options to conventional medicine that is taught in these schools.. An example of an alternative therapy is using a special diet to treat cancer instead of undergoing surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy that has been recommended by a Western physician. Complementary medicine is different from alternative medicine. Whereas complementary medicine is used together with conventional medicine, alternative medicine is used in place of conventional medicine.

Naturopathy:

A system or method of treating disease that employs no surgery or synthetic drugs but uses special diets, herbs, vitamins, massage, etc., to assist the natural healing processes.

Acupuncture:

Acupuncture is a 3,000 year-old traditional form of Chinese medicine which uses small, sterilized needles at acupuncture points to regular the body’s energy meridians.

Energy is supposed to flow from particular paths of the body, each one associated with different parts of the body, and this is called “Qi.” Since PCOS is a hormonal imbalance, acupuncture works at regulating the hormonal “Qi.”

Many Western doctors recognize the positive effects of acupuncture, and it seems to be able to assist in stimulating ovulation.

Acupressure:

A type of massage in which finger pressure on the specific bodily sites described in acupuncture therapy is used to promote healing, alleviate fatigue, etc.

Herbal Therapy

Many people use a variety of different herbs to treat the symptoms of PCOS. Herbs can be just as strong as medication, so it’s important to consult with someone knowledgeable, usually an herbalist, and to consult your doctor and pharmacists if you are taking any drugs when you try herbs.

Homeopathy:
the method of treating disease by drugs, given in minute doses, that would produce in a healthy person symptoms similar to those of the disease

Other natural therapies you probably won’t be confused on the terminology are massage, reflexology, chiropractic treatment, and even yoga. Many of these treatments have been shown to decrease symptoms of PCOS, reduce stress, increase your immune system, and increase fertility.

WHAT IS PCOS?

Before you can treat something, you need to understand it! I’ve always found knowledge to be empowering. The good new is there is a natural pcos remedy.

According to WebMD, PCOS, or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, “occurs when a hormone imbalance interferes with normal ovulation. PCOS is a major cause of female infertility; if it is not treated, it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease.”

Since PCOS is a hormonal imbalance, it creates many symptoms that seem like other things, or related to the normal hormonal imbalances that teenagers go through. It’s important to understand the symptoms, so you don’t go undiagnosed. It’s one of the most common hormonal imbalances, with many, many women who suffer needlessly from it on a daily basis.

The most common symptoms of PCOS are:

*Irregular menstrual cycles

*Facial hair

*Stomach pain

*Male pattern balding

*Weight gain

*Acne

*Fertility problems

Who is more likely to have PCOS?

*Women with a family history of PCOS

*Women with diabetes

*Overweight women

Having one or even two or three of these symptoms, doesn’t necessarily mean you have PCOS, but it’s important to consider it as a cause so you can seek early treatment, and hopefuly a natural treatment. The sooner you find a natural remedy for PCOS, the better off you will be at gaining control of your life again, and not developing more serious complications.

WHAT ARE THE OVARIES:

In order to understand what polycystic ovary syndrome is, it’s important to understand the ovaries themselves.  You can’t have a natural remedy for PCOS until you understand what you are dealing with! You have two ovaries, one on both sides of your uterus. They are connected to the fallopian tubes. Their main functions are to produce eggs, and female hormones. So, you can see how important they are to your fertility, and overall hormonal health! They are also only the size of small almonds, but can get to be the size of grapefruits if a painful cyst develops. You can see how much pain that could cause, if you understand how small the ovaries are, and just how large the cysts can get if left untreated.

Since PCOS messes with your bodies ability to produce the female hormones, progesterone and estrogen, there is often an excess of the male hormone Androgen produced. That is why you get many male symptoms such as facial hair, and balding and and acne! It’s important to get the Ovaries doing the job they were meant to do. A natural PCOS remedy is only a few steps away, once you understand how the ovaries work and what they do.

If you want to start doing something about your PCOS and infertility right away, than keep reading! I have a quick, natural PCOS remedy list you can try today, that worked pretty well for me. This list is not going to cure your polycystic ovarian syndrome, but it will bring you some relief. You may think your diet and exercise habits are not important, and that there is nothing you can do, but I have found that to be not true (despite what your doctors might try to tell you! You are not a lost cause!) Simple things you can start doing for natural treatments are:

  1. Eat more fruits and vegetables! I never tell myself, I can’t have something! That just makes me want it more. Instead, I tried to ADD better foods to my diet. Fruits and vegetables have a lot of carbs and fiber, so you will be surprised how filling they are. I can’t stand green vegetables, so I actually mix them in a smoothie in the morning with fruit. It’s a quick, and easy way to get your daily fruit and vegetables servings all at once.
  1. Exercise at least 4 times a week! This is so important. If you spend a lot of time on the computer like I do, whether on facebook, or for your job, you can get a little bicycle peddler. Basically, it’s just the peddles, without a bike! I do this while I’m sitting at the computer, or watching TV. Easy is my kind of exercise!
  1. Use natural sweeteners, especially if you have diabetes. Agave and Xylitol are excellent choices.
  1. Add more cinnamon to your diet! Cinnamon is great for regulating blood sugar.
  1. Try to reduce stress as much as possible. Joining a PCOS support group, whether online, or in person, is a great way to deal with the frustration of suffering from PCOS. On of the best natural PCOS remedies I’ve found is just finding about 5 minutes a day to do a simple meditation, or doing one thing you enjoy each day. This will quickly help you eliminate a lot of stress, and one step closer to solving your infertility, and painful cystic ovaries.
